This morning, my wife and I brought our son, Carl Justine, to the Maasin City 1 RHU for the BCG vaccination. We're actually in a hurry when we went there thinking that we're late already.
However, when we arrived it seems that we're the first to come. With that I realized that we're actually going to a government service where personnel were just thinking of the Filipino time.
It's just happened kasi that my wife and I are both members of the Iglesia ni Cristo where any schedules are strictly imposed. For example, if the meeting is 9AM, then participants should be in the venue 15 minutes before 9AM because at 9AM the meeting will be started and the door will be shut to late comers.
