Pacman - the SSS in the Philippines

It was funny to hear a comment from Bob Arum that in the Philippines, there is a Social Security System which called as Manny Pacquiao.

Manny Pacquiao has given half of his £30million fortune to the poor.

And Pacquiao's manager Bob Arum claims he spends most of his time dishing out cash and food on visits to his Philippines homeland.

Arum said: "In the Philippines they have a social security system and it's called Manny Pacquiao.

"When he goes home, he has a queue of people outside his door asking for money because they are poor or have sick relatives. (source)

When Bob Arum said "Social Security System" in the Philippines, he simply referred to the real Manny Pacquiao who is willing to help his fellow by giving them money or rice or medicine.
